All these refer to members of the legal profession. 

A lawyer is someone trained in the law, able to advise clients on the law and to represent them in court. 

An attorney is a lawyer empowered to represent clients’ interests and to act for them; 
an attorney-at-law is a practitioner qualified to prosecute or defend in a court of law. 

Counsel is a term for a lawyer who is directing a case in court or advising or representing persons or organizations on legal matters (as in the cliché, You should seek advice of counsel). 
Counselor and counselor-at-law are other names for lawyers who advise or represent clients in court. 

A barrister is a lawyer admitted to plead and undertake trials in a British superior court. 
A solicitor is a British lawyer who advises and represents clients in the lower courts and briefs (v.) (prepares cases for) barristers to plead in higher courts.
